Personalization : Associating Role/Permission - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Currently I am using Sitefinity Enterprise Trial version.
While creating user segment I want to define ‘Role’ as user characteristics but in
‘Profile Fields’ it doesn’t appear.
Even when I checked in ‘Manage User Profile -> Basic Profile’ , the Role field is
not displayed.

I want to associate user Role and Permissions to user segment while content
personalization.

Is there any way to achieve this in Sitefinity?

If it is possible could you please let us know how it can be achieved.
