Sitefinity and Akamai Integration

Hi, I'm using Sitefintiy 5.4 and I'm trying to integrate Akamai CDN. I've configured my Sitefinity site to store its resources locally however, the URLs I'm using is Akamaized URLs. When I try to test in QA, since I'm not on the production domain, the resources aren't being pulled so I don't see the css/images/js on the pages. I would like to know if anyone knows how to filter content like URLs in runtime. For example, I would like a way to set a config value to QA or PROD and have all the URLs filtered and changed so that in QA, the URLs to the resources are to the local version and not the Akamaized URLs. When I have the config value set to PROD, the URLS will be the Akamaized URLs. Thanks in advance.
