Have you managed to resolve the issue? We currently face the same problem.
I have not tried and Telerik never came back with any repsons to my screencast :-(
Updated the site to 6.3.5000 same result.
This was reported in Aug. 2013 - more then 1/2 year and 2 updates ago. Now finaly on a list for fixing. Wonder when we see it on a road map and when fixed :-/
