Sitefinity campaign emails sent out to wrong/all subscriber

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue while working with SiteFinity campaigns. When I send an issue to subscribers in one list, SiteFinity sends same email to subscribers in other lists also. However when we look in to the issue subscriber report it displays name from selected list only.
Please help.
