Using RadGrid and Dynamic Modules with relational data

Is there an example of binding the RadGrid control to relational data in a Dynamic Module including the ability to create, update and delete?  I would like to create a grid based on data from a dynamic module and be able to edit the contents.  

I believe I found what I am looking for under Administration / Module Building / Code Reference for my Dynamic Module.
