Using OpenAccess ORM

I would like to use OpenAccess ORM with my Sitefinity 6.1 project, but get the following error when I try and build the project.  

Error 2 OpenAccess.targets file points to a wrong enhancer location (enhancer.exe). Please correct the setting located top in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\\OpenAccess.targets' and restart Visual Studio. MyEvents

How can I fix this?   I found this article, but not sure if it still applies.
