Add or remove columns to the table (grid) where items are li

Hello Team,
I have a small request, that how I want to add or remove custom fields/columns to the table (grid) where items are listed in News or Content Blocks module in sitefinity admin. So how to choose which columns to display on News or Content Block module.

Please let me know how to do it asap. I waiting for your early response.

For News
Go to Administration >> Settings >> Advanced >> News >> Controls >> NewsBackend >> Views >> NewsBackendList >> View Modes >> Grid >> Columns 

Here you can edit the Columns for News module (see 2013-11-14_0845.png)

For content blocks follow the same steps just start with Content (see 2013-11-14_0847.png)
