Shared Content Blocks in Email

Is there any way to use a shared content block in an email? The button to use shared content on a content block isn't there when I try to add a content block to a mail template or to an issue. Is this possible?

You could crate a page template for your e-mail template. In that case use have the following options:
1) You could use this template in your e-mail templates and adding additional widgets
   or
2) The page templates could use shared content and thus you could create additional page templates with share content and to use them in e-mail templates
