How to disable the publish button for pages and other conten - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hello,

I am trying to ensure that the users cannot publish from the list of pages or of content items (see picture).

This is due to the fact that on all other places a popup is shown which the user needs to fill in before, but when the user does it through the page/content list, then that popup is not displaying as it could be multiple pages. Any ideas how to remove it from the list entirely?

Hi,

To remove Publish option from the More actions list go to Administration -> Settings -> Advanced -> ContentView -> Controls -> FrontendPages -> Views -> FrontendPagesListView -> Toolbar -> Sections -> toolbar -> Items -> MoreActionsPagesWidget -> MenuItems and delete them using the bucket icon.

After the item is removed, after you navigate to Pages -> More actions menu the Publish option will not be available.
