XML file not found

Hello,

I am trying to access basic.xml from the following tree

but what i get is 

 I can not access that file in browser and i suppose this is the reason a small piece of flash can't find that file.

I need to access that XML with a flash developed by somebody else and this is why i have to keep the same path.

Somebody might know why is innacessible? I tried with a text file and the text file is accessible.
