could not change publication date with some past dated for News item

I have seen a post from sitefinity forum How to Publish Content Items in the Past which is working fine for default language (en in my case) but if any news item does not exist in English but in Arabic(not default) then that article is not useful. is there any other way or workaround for this situation.

Hi,

I have tried to reproduce your scenario but with no luck. Please refer to the video from the link where you can observe the steps I have performed in order to test your scenario. Please let us know if I miss something.
