Custom Field is disappering after publishing the web application

Created a custom field in sitefinity web application .Then after publish the wep application and hosted in IIS .Existing custom Field disappear .We using Telerik.Sitefinity 6.4910 .Please respond ASAP. Thanks in Advance

Hello,

The information for the custom fields is stored in the content items configuration files, located in App_Data -> Sitefinity -> Configurations. The configurations settings for the custom fields are stored in the lazy configs for each back-end section -Edit/insert/List/Preview/VersionPreview and are loaded by the main config for the module. Please, ensure the uploaded configurations are correct and the application pool of the application has Read/Write permissions for the App_Data folder.
