How to provide Permission to Backend Page

Hi All,

I'm Using Sitefinity 6.2, I created one Backend page (please find Attachment)

I created One Role "AdminPage" , I'm Trying To View This Backend Page to "Admine Page" Role USers only.

I followed below steps:

Goto Backend Page Actions -- > Permissions -->

View this page and its child pages  -->  Selected Roles or USers --> select "Admin Page" Role

But this page shown to All users ,

Please let me know, where i did Mistake.

I need to Display this backend page only  for "Admin Page"Role USers only

Please guide me,

Hello Ajay,

In order for you to add permissions to this particular backend page you should not use the global permissions under the Administration node. You need to set the permissions for this page exclusively. Simply go to Administration->Backend Pages locate your page and click on Actions->Permissions. Break the inheritance from the Global permissions and set the desired permissions.
