Activated Module not under Content section

Using the module builder, I created a simple module and then activated it.  However, it does not appear under the 'Content' section.  I de-activated and activated again, but still no luck.  What am I doing wrong?

If you can't find what you're looking in either of these links, you can submit a support ticket. Be sure to include as much detail as possible and if possible some screenshots for reference. They'll help resolve this for you.
