Content Encoding Issue

Hi All,

I created a image library with Chinese name and some images were added with Chrome browser. But when my colleague try to use IE (IE 11) to access same library that I created. The error is prompted (as attached image). After some initial investigation, we found Chrome encodes the Chinese character before requesting the IIS, but IE doesn't

 e.g.
IE: www.ssyuatcms1.siksikyuen.org.hk/.../

Chrome: localhost:52714/.../

I tried to browse the library with the encoded url in IE, it's work!.

So I want to know how to resolve this problem with configuring the Sitefinity or IIS (I'm using Windows Server 2003)

 Thanks!

Hello Gary,

I am currently looking over this issue and I am not sure what may cause the mentioned scenario. Could you try to move your library to “File System” storage and confirm if the issue still persist? Would it be possible for you to test the behavior on IE10 and inform us of the results?

Thanks in advance.
