Hi,

This functionality is missing in Sitefinity, however we have a feature requests added in our Feedback portal regarding it:

http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/153/Feedback/Details/141315-flip-ahead-functionality-to-pagers-in-sitefinity

You could follow the item in order to receive notifications once the status of the item is changed and marked as Done.
