Admin in MultiSites

Hi

I have a multisite Sitefinity project that contains Site1,Site2,Site3
Do I have the option to create an admnistrator for each of the sites?
This administrator should not have access to the other 2 sites. For eg I want to create an admin for Site1 only and should not have access to Site2 or Site3.

Thanks & Regards
Nivy

Hello Nivy,

Please note that the Administrators role is granted full global permissions and cannot be restricted. So, it is not possible to restrict the access of a user in Administrators role to a specific site in a multisite environment.

However, it is possible to restrict the access to a site for users who are not in Administrators roles by setting the permissions for the site. Please refer to the following forum post where this has been discussed.

You may also check the following documentation article for more details about how to set site permissions.
