Radcombobox drop down position issue on window resize

We have an issue with the drop down list for the Radcombobox not positioning or aligning to the the input box of the Radcombobox when you resize the browser window.  As you resize the window, the drop down shifts to one end of the input box instead of aligning itself to the input box.  Please see attached files. 

Any help would be appreciated!
