Multilingual support with 2 domains

We are planning to build 2 sites using Sitefinity. Both sites are very similar but have slight variations in content as they are for different countries. They do however sit on different domains.

Is it possible to use multilingual support to vary the content on a single licence while hiding any query string that might be needed? For example, if the site was hosted on domain.com but the URLs were rewritten to domain.net and domain.co.uk depending on the language, would this fit into the single-domain licence and is it a realistic way to handle the requirement, or would two separate sites need to be built?

Hi Haroon,

You can get more information about domains licensing contacting sales@sitefinity.com.

Generally speaking, you can have different domains for different sites, such as www.mysite.de and www.mysite.pl or you can have sites as subfolders of another site, such as www.mysite.com/de and www.misite.com/pl. You can also have nested folders such as www.mysite.com/support/de

Additional information about multisite could be found here and here,

Information regarding multilinual support is available in that article.

I hope the information helps.
