Personify Connector for Sitefinity, Add to Cart Button Disab

Hi there,

We are using Sitefinity ver. 7.1.5200.0; Personify ver.
7.5.2.

Installed personify connector success, dropped Personify Web
Controls on the webpages like:

1.  Product listing, shows list of products in personify on Sitefinity page
2.  By clicking on the selected product we can see the detail of the product.
3.  Even if user/customer is logged in on the website, “Add To a Cart” button is disabled. We know that button should be enabled/green  to add a product into a shopping cart.

Question:
What might be missing that causes this Personify “ProductDetailControl”, not to
enable shopping cart button?

Hi there,

 we figured out to enable the Add to cart button we need to perform two things.

1. Personify Identity is in session variables (SSO or whatever login you are using)

2. We need to enable a check box, in personify back office to this shopping cart functionality work.
