Version Number Not Updated After Upgrade - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hi All,

I'm Using Sitefinity 7.0 and Upgraded to SF8.0 Using with Project Manager,

License file and Dll's showing the 8.0 version but Dashboard showing like "Welcome to sitefinity 7.0".

How to Update Version Number in Dashboard?

Hi,

You can edit this label from Administration - Labels and search for the WelcomeToSitefinity40 label. In addition to this, please, check the UpgradeTrace.log file in App_Data/Sitefinity/Logs for any failed messages. The most common cause for similar issue after upgrade is if there has been a backend language pack imported.
