Save images directly to Sitefinity/database?

Is it possible to place images/documents directly from different applications into my site...using something like a Windows Explorer folder system?  For example, when someone emails me a photo, I would like to right click the image and choose SAVE AS and save it to my site in the proper folder/library.

This is so much faster than saving it to my PC, opening Sitefinity, dragging it into the library, etc.   I guess I'm looking for a shortcut right into a library "folder" somewhere.   I'm a content manager rather than a developer, so I hope I am asking this right!
