Hi, I saw some older threads for Global Search and Replace Tools for earlier versions of SF, but couldn't find recent examples. I'm looking for a tool that can search all my code in all my pages, and find/replace phrases within the code. Thanks.

This blog post explains how you can perform a search and replace in the content blocks on all your pages: Global Search and Replace in Sitefinity Content Blocks. You can extend the sample to fit your scenario as needed.
