Image Upload, Custom Fields

I running Sitefinity 7.1 and I have a custom field on Images, in this case a Related Page Selector.  When I upload either a single image or multiple images I don't have an option to fill out that field. Is there a way to have that field available to be populated for both single & multiple image uploads, like you can for tags & categories?
