Sitefinity 8.1, How to Programatically Get a Collection of C

I've been building a custom control that allows us to reassign pages and content to a new owner in one fell swoop.  It is especially useful for us because we delete our user accounts before handing over a site we have built for a client.  When we delete them, we end up with User Not Found all over the place.

I've been able to get collections for most relevant items, but one I cannot seem to change is Control Templates ( Page and Widget templates).  How do I get a collection of these so that I can change the owner ID?
