Added CSS to the Custom Widget

Hi,

I have created custom widget which is having asp.net controls like Textbox,button,Lable. I want to apply CSS to these controls.

So I added the link: <link href="~/mycss.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> 
to the place in the user control where the CSS file is and still does not work. My Controls does not get styled.
