Export Page details with content blocks inside a page in Sit

Hi, 

I am trying to export a list of pages from a sitefinity website. I want to extract all the content within that page. As we are planning to migrate from older version of sitefinity to a new website developed from scratch in Sitefinity. We cannot mannually migrate pages as they are huge in number. 

Is there any service exposed by Sitefinity to extract page content or is this possible through API's. Kindly advise.
