MVC Widget Form Validation 404 Error

I have created a custom widget using Html.BeginFormSitefinity.

Now I can get the form to display but when I submit the form to validate and show the errors it throws up a 404 error.

Has anybody attempted anything similiar?

This is also a hybrid system if that makes any difference.
