New button on backend edit page - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hi,

We are using Sitefinity 8.2 to create a CMS application. We want to have an extra button on backend edit page along with "Publish" and "Save as Draft". We want to set a new flow on click of the new button apart from publish and draft.

Please let us know how can we add that and how to catch any event on click of that new button.
