Problem with Dashboard widgets

I'm getting the error as described in this KB article:

knowledgebase.progress.com/.../Dashboard-keeps-refreshing-as-widgets-fail-to-load

But the resolution given in the KB doesn't solve the problem. Anyone else with this issue?
