Replace string value in all Sitefinity tables

Hi all, 

I was wondering, is there custom tool that can find and replace some string value in all Sitefinity tables? I run search procedure and find 10k results in my DB in dozen tables with dozen columns. Collect them and run simple SQL query would cost me 2-3 days I think.

Has someone come across with this already?

Keep in mind that it is potentially dangerous operation and you know what you want to do
