Extending Taxon with Custom Fields

I have been attempting to add custom fields to a Taxon.  I've added the field Administration->Settings-> Advanced-> HierarchicalTaxonBackend-> Views-> HierarchicalTaxonBackEndEdit-> Sections-> AdvancedSection-> Fields -> Create New.

I've added a new field of type Telerik.SiteFinity.Web.UI.Fields.TextField with fieldName of Attributes.Bannerimage.  That has all been saved correctly.

How do I get the new field to display on the backend edit page for the taxonomy?  I've looked at the backend pages area and can't figure out why it won't appear.
