Multisite language settings

Hi, 

according this article - http://docs.sitefinity.com/administration-language-settings, when we have big number of frontend languages we must separate data tables.

I have multi-site configuration - should I use these settings?

And if I need, here's the next question.
I have a site with 10 languages already, but without using the fetch strategy. Is it good idea to use it for next sites?
