How to add ratings and comments to dynamic module by api in

Hi All,

I am working with sitefinity 9.1 and I have created a dynamic module for a fuctionality.I need to associate the sitefinity comments and rating to my dynamic modue. I have done the configuration that sitefinity mentioned.But i would like to kwow how can i add comments and rating to my daynamic module using api, while a user submitting their response.
