Connection with sharepoint using the sharepoint connector us

We have to  setup a sharepoint connector for a client but i ran into an issue, since the credentials that they supply us expire every 14 days  we cannot use the connector to connect and sync files between sitefinity and their sharepoint server. I was hoping there is some way to use impersonation to connect to the sharepoint server to sync files, initially the connection works but as soon as the password expires the client will have to go update the password manually, and this was identifies as an issue 

any suggestions ?
