Is it possible to customize the 'Insert an Image' dialog?

For example, in a responsive website it would be nice to change the 'Image Size' drop down list to have the option "Responsive" which should essentially just add 'img-responsive' as a class on the image if the user is using the Bootstrap feather resource package.
