Create widget designer same Content blocks

Hi every one,

I want to create a widget designer same like Content block but with more field (ex: 1 text  box, 1 text editor, 2 checkbox, ...)

I had tried research but can not found anything,

Any suggest ?

Maybe using Module Builder (Administration > Module builder) to create a content type with say a Short text field, a Long text (with Rich text editor), a Choices filed, etc., would help you.

Thanks for your help, but i want to create widget without create content type...
