Sitefinity Content sync across environment

Hi All,

I have a sitefinity website deployed in 2 servers. One of them is the live instance and the other one is the preprod instance. Now if a user makes a content change in the preprod sitefinity instance, the changes don't reflect in the LIVE instance until the App Pool is refreshed or website restarted. I looked into SiteSync but i dont seem to have that option in our Administrator Settings. Appreciate any help.
