Sitefinity and Visual Studio for Mac

Hello,

Does Visual Studio for Mac support developing and debugging Sitefinity projects?

If so, since Sitefinity project manager doesn't run on the Mac, is the option to either copy a project from Visual Studio from Windows, or use Nuget?
