Dynamic Modules - Rest API - No link to related Media

I have created a Dynamic module that has related Media Images.

I uploaded an Image and then accessed the dynamic module through the REST API.

However it doesn't show any relation (link or ID) to the related media.

How am I supposed to access the related media images through the API.  Even if I look at the related media API in a different request, there's nothing that links the two together.
