Authentication link missing from Advance setting section

I'm working on creating Authentication Token to be used while posting data through Sitefinity web post services but when i login to the Sitefinity backend > Administrator > Settings > Advance Settings then I don't find Authentication link on the left. Could be my user permission ? 

Also, is there any other anternate solution to create auth token to be used for web service to post data ?

If you are referring the built in web services you can create for content types, have a look at this.

The token can be configured here:  Authentication >> SecurityTokenService >> IdentityServer
