Sitefinity development process too slowwwwwww!

Hi Guys,

I am new and started learning sitefinity with VS 2015 and after single changes of ashx file or .cs file of custom widget on browser take 30-60+ seconds to start page.

I have really good laptop with NVMe SSD, 16 GB RAM, Quad Core. 

Made debug mode off but no changes in build and first time load. Made many module disabled which I was not using like ecomm.
Each section take few seconds to load.

Is there any setting that I have to do to make it faster for speed up site after each build?
I know that it load everything in memory first and then site load.
