MVC Forms

I recreated an old webforms form as MVC. I changed the template for the page to an MVC template. Just dropped the MVC Form widget on the page and selected my new recreated form.

Where are the email options? There used to be "E-mail options" and "E-mail template", where you specified where the submitted form data would be emailed to, what the subject line would be, whether to attach any uploaded files to the email. etc.

Which is your Sitefinity version?

In 12.1 we release a new visual email template editor for forms completions and system notifications (release notes).

You will be able to define a common email template for all your forms across all your sites, break it by site or even define a custom template per form. Through the email template editor, you will be able to define the email's (send upon form submission) body, subject,  sender name and sender email. In addition to that you will be able to insert part/all of the submitted date into the email's body (a.k.a dynamic data). More info here.

Please, let me know whether you find that solution useful.

Any feedback is more than welcome.
