I have hooked up a site with a Google account in the Analytics section of the admin pages, all works fine.
However, I don't see any Analytics tracking code in the pages being served.
Do I manually need to put the code in the template or should SF do this for me.

Enjoying playing with the beta, installed straight to a 2008 server EC2 instance with no extra configuration steps, great!

Just seen the Beta documentation.
There is a control in the Scripts and Styles Toolbox that you need to add to the page or template that you want tracked.
Drag it and set the property and it should work, not tested yet :)
