Where to upload controls?

Hi,

I remember with Sitefinity 3.7, I could upload my web user control (.ascx) files and then drop them into a page. In 4.0, where (What directory) do I upload my controls to?

Gabe has created a quick Hello World sample on Telerik TV that shows you how to add a simple control in version 4, you do it through the setting > configurations and look in toolboxes. How this goes in regards to upgrading versions is yet to be seen.
