Does Sitefinity 4.0 Beta support localization?

I looked everywhere in the Development Network and found a few post saying that it was coming in beta but I am unable to find any documentation on how to set it up.

Hello Michael Fitchett,

The localization will be available in the next release - most probably in the RC of Sitefinity 4.0
