Licensing for RC?

Will we be able to add a license key during the release client in october? or wait till sitefinity 4.0 is officially released?

You will be able to add license keys during the release candidate of Sitefinity 4.0 in October. Furthermore, if you purchase your Sitefinity license now, you will be able to upgrade to Sitefinity 4.0 for free and not be affected if there are pricing changes for Sitefinity 4.0.

Hi,

Just on the pricing. Will the new pricing structure for Sitefinity kick in when the RC is released or will it take effect on the official release? Will we still be able to buy at the old price when the RC is released?

Hi Justin,
Thank you for getting back to me!

The new pricing structure of Sitefinity will become effective upon the release of the official release version of Sitefinity. It will only be announced with the RC and you will still be able to purchase licenses at the current price until the official Sitefinity release kicks in.
