Sites and microsites with sharable items(all language specif

Hi plz explain the sitefinity way of creating microsites under a main site with language specific feature.

If it's needed to share some content from the main site with the microsite what procedure need to follow;
do we need to mark those items and/or to have different configuration files for each microsite?
what kind of license and the related configurations we need before hand?

Have gone through the forum articles , but they are scttered plz provide with a basic to detail  in step by step manner which will be much appreciated.

• In 4.0 we still uses provider pattern, so you should be able to share the entire provider from one website to another. Localization in Sitefinity 4.0 is still not available and we are currently working on this feature. You can add a new provide for a given type from Settings >> Configurations >> [Provider]  >> Providers
• For sharing providers in 3.x edition you could take a look at Sharing content.
• Sitefinity LicenseFile is generated per domain name and it is valid for the top level domain, all subdomains and child directories.Licensing process for Sitefinity 4.0 will be announced after the release candidate.
