I am new user of sitefinity cms. I was just exploring contents of sitefinity cms 4.0.

eventually I wanted to see how SiteFinity poll works and looks like. but I am not able to find poll module in sitefinity 4.0. There are other modules like news, blogs, events and Images under the content section but I am not able to find polls.

can anyone please let me know how to use poll in sitefintiy 4.0 Beta?

Thanks,
Mohit

Hello Mohit,

Sitefinity 4.0 BETA does not have Polls module. We will have it at a later stage. Currently you could try using Forms module which provides similar functionality.

Hello,

I have tried creating a poll using form. But after I created a form I am getting the below error when I try to open any page in sitefinity CMS. Please solve this problem. And I also don't know how to add code to the button click event of the form I created. Please give me more guidelines on creating a poll using forms.

Hi Kiran,

Thank you for reporting this problem. Can you please give us a complete list of steps you took when you created the form, what controls you added, and any other relevant information. I have tried reproducing the issue locally however was unable to. Do you get the same page error when you try creating new pages.
