I'm getting this error when I try to edit table properties in the content editor. Tried refreshing the page as suggested, but I can't get past it. Does this mean I have some bad characters in my content?

Cannot deserialize dialog parameters. Please refresh the editor page.

Error Message:The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-white space character among the padding characters.
